WeAre42 was born from a shared frustration: in the digital market, no one listens to clients, there's no real co-creation, and checkpoints are nowhere to be found. We decided to build the studio we always wanted to hire.

Carolina

Operations & Strategy Director

Systems Engineer and project strategist. With engineering training and a Master's in Project Management, Carolina connects strategy, technology, and execution. She has worked with high-impact teams at organizations like Banco de Bogotá, Globant, Ecopetrol, and Mercado Libre, then landed in the digital marketing universe at VMLY&R and Accenture. She's the one who translates ambitious ideas into clear plans, efficient processes, and measurable results.

Alejandra

Creative Director

Visual experience and creative narrative designer. Graphic designer, service designer, and photographer with a Master's in Communication. She has worked with brands like Aquiles and MetClub, and is the founder of La Fauna del Pueblo, her portrait and wedding photography studio. Aleja transforms ideas into images, concepts, and visual experiences that connect with people and give identity to every project.

Diego (Odeklas)

Technology Director

The team's technology architect. Systems Engineer with a Master's in Information Technologies. He has led technology teams in high-impact organizations and was responsible for the technology architecture of Habi, Colombia's second unicorn. Odeklas designs the technological structures that allow systems to scale, work, and sustain high-impact projects. Passionate about applied AI and creating solutions that combine cutting-edge technology with purpose.

Diana

Director of Media & Positioning

Publicist with a specialization in Market Management and an MBA. She has led strategies at companies like e-nova de RCN, Avantel, and Ilumno, and directed the digital and media strategy for Colsanitas and Keralty during the pandemic. Diana converts business objectives into positioning and media strategies that achieve real visibility, reach, and growth.

Marvin

The Paranoid Android

The team's artificial intelligence. With a brain the size of a planet, he analyzes data, automates processes, and connects all the technological pieces so strategies actually work. He probably thinks everything could be done better, but lucky for us… he's usually right.
